No liability is accepted for losses resulting from the site being unavailable at any time or for any period, or if access to the website is interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason.

By placing an order through the Phoebs Floral & Gift Supplies website, customers agree that they are 18 years of age or older, understand all stated and implied terms and conditions, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Customers are responsible for managing their accounts, maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, and all activity that occurs under their account and password. The website must not be used in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, interruption, damage or impairment, and may only be used for lawful purposes. Any account breaches must be reported immediately, and account details must be kept up to date, accurate and correct. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in access to the site being withdrawn. The Phoebs Floral & Gift Supplies website and the information contained within have been designed for UK use. No warranty, express or implied, is given that use of the website or placing an order complies with the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction outside the UK.

Shopping Online You can select Goods from the website and add them to your shopping basket. You can monitor your spending by checking the details displayed on your screen at any time. When you have finished putting items in your basket you should precede to the checkout page where you are able to review your selection and delete items if desired. To proceed with your order we will ask you for details including your name, e-mail address, and postal address. These details are required in order to process your order and/or to inform you of our acceptance of your order (please see the privacy policy below). We may, unless you request otherwise, provide your phone number to our couriers for their use in arranging delivery of your order. Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirming that the order has been received and is being processed. The order confirmation is not a guarantee that the goods will be supplied. Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards via Worldpay. If you choose to pay using this method you will be automatically redirected to the Worldpay website during the checkout stage.

Delivery Delivery costs will be added at the checkout, and will vary depending on the weight and delivery address of the order. Charges are kept to an absolute minimum and Phoebs Floral & Gift Supplies  does suppliment your postage costs to try and keep the postage down for the customer, so the charge is comparable and in a lot of cases cheaper than the average trip into town with petrol and car parking charges!

Returns and Cancelations You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched you will be required to take delivery of the parcel and return it to us unopened at your own cost and risk within 7 days to receive a full refund. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Please note we reserve the right to refuse to accept returned Goods not in their original condition, at our own discretion. We recommend that customers return the Goods with insured postage. Please retain your shipping or postal documentation in the event of Goods being lost in transit. We will inform you as soon as we receive the returned Goods and we will then process your request either by a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
